By placing an order with Beatrice Rose Design, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Should you have any inquiries, please use the contact form prior to placing your order. Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email, at which point a legally binding contract will be established between us.

Orders are posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed before 12 noon (Dublin/GMT) on these days will be posted that day.

 

DELIVERIES & RETURNS

Postage and packaging is €10.00 to Ireland and Northern Ireland. International rates vary.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items. We use services from An Post (Ireland) registered postal service for both domestic and international shipping.

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery at the expense of the customer. Should you wish to do so, please get in touch via the contact form to arrange. Refunds will be processed in 5-7 working days of receiving your returned item.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS:
Following dispatch, estimated delivery times are 1-3 days for Ireland and Northern Ireland, 5-7 days for European Union.
