Shipping Terms & Conditions
Original Artwork: There should be NO customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the United States. As per Chapter 97 of the Harmonised Tariff System (HTS), art is considered duty free in the US. Beatrice Rose Design ensures that each order is declared correctly when preparing for dispatch. Beatrice Rose Design uses An Post (Ireland) postal service. Correct declaration by Beatrice Rose design produces the TARIC code 970191(0000) which is that associated with Chapter 97 of the HTS in the United States. Prints: US orders are typically 0% duty (HTS 4911.91 - Chapter 49). In rare cases, a small customs processing fee may apply, usually 0% to 10% of the order value. These fees are set by the US customs authorities and are paid by the buyer or recipient. As these charges are determined by US customs authorities, Beatrice Rose Design is not responsible for covering or refunding them.
Other international orders (excluding the United States) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Beatrice Rose Design's shipping fees.
Beatrice Rose Design offers domestic and international flat rate shipping:
Domestic: Standard: €1.85 / Tracked: €10
International: Standard: €3.95 (untracked) / Tracked: €20
Packaging costs (€0.20c) and shipping costs (above) are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Standard Shipping (€4): Typically 7–21 business days. Tracked Shipping (€20): Typically 5–14 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please allow 4 to 5 weeks delivery time for international destinations. Tracking: Tracking is only available if the Tracked Shipping (€20) option is selected at checkout. If you choose standard (€4) shipping, your order will not include tracking, and Beatrice Rose Design will not be able to provide updates once it has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
Beatrice Rose Design is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors outside their control. Orders shipped with tracked shipping can be investigated if lost in transit. Orders shipped via standard (untracked) shipping cannot be replaced or refunded if lost.
Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Beatrice Rose Design is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
